@Vierkantor
I think I've been waiting for a post like this xD
1. I'm a vampire!
2. I realised through reading books/ watching shows with vampire characters and experiencing gender envy/wanting to "be" them.
3. I wear fangs sometimes, I would have them permanently if I could. Also make jokes about myself (e.g. can't go in sunlight, need to be invited in, "I don't bite" etc). Sometimes I also wear clothes connected to it, e.g. Buffy merch.
4. They're very very connected! My gender is vampire. I'm genderqueer, but "vampire" is a better way to describe it. Not having fangs makes me feel dysphoric, and wearing them makes me euphoric. Style wise, wearing darker/specific clothes is connected. As I said before, I have gender envy of specific vampire characters, (and named myself after one of them!) And using it/its pronouns as one of my pronoun sets is connected to being a vampire/creature too.
5. I don't know. But I'd love the world to be less ableist and transphobic. Because feeling like a vampire is connected to gender but also connected to my special interests/being autistic. I think lots of trans neurodivergent people feel connected to creatures and are shamed for that.
6. I also feel like a fairy! In a queer & androgynous way, and in a creature way. But I feel it less intensely than being a vampire. It's more of a thing that comes and goes depending on what I'm wearing or feeling, and less of an intrinsic identity.
