Apologies for not being active here lately. Having a bit of rough go at the moment. We got a puppy last week. He’s adorable and a handful. But we’re working through it.

The part that is really rough is my 12 year old hound dog has been sick. Thought she was getting better this evening but was wrong. I’m hoping this is just stress of the new puppy and nothing more serious.

I’ve been plastering this all over my social medias but I have to share here too. Ultimate Guard generously asked me to join their Content Creator Charity Cup this year. I’m so excited to be a part of this event! It is still surreal seeing my handle next these names.

The event is on November 4th and 5th on Twitch. (More info to come soon)

I know a lot of new #drwho #magicthegathering cards were revealed today but this one is still my favorite. Maybe it’s because I love the card and I’m glad it has new art. I think it’s because it’s one of the most emotional moments in the show for me.

To get real for a moment, I REALLY dislike the whole “death” thing. I know it’s inevitable and none of us can escape it. But that doesn’t mean I have to like it. If I get to choose my last words, it will probably be the flavor text of this card.

Was going through my stuff and remembered that this happened at the end of the day on Sunday. A nice young woman walked up beside me and said, “This has been a great event hasn’t it?”

“It’s been wonderful.” I replied. Then she handed me the envelope and walked away while I stammered a “thank you” about five octaves higher than my normal speaking voice.

Perfect end to the event.
