@DotMaetrix i’m pretty sure laser eye surgery has a significant regret rate due to life ruining side effects (including permanent blindness). where are the guardians of public health campaigning to ensure nobody is allowed to make that mistake?

@Bronwyn It's horrible to see a civil servant becoming a pariah for political reasons, but if it had to happen I'm glad it happened to someone who had the strength to continue giving his all to public service even as he and his family became a target for far right terrorists. Many others, even those with the same qualifications and commitment to public health, would have crumbled under the pressure.

@cari aw nuts, that's irritating. PWAs in Safari can be pretty janky, i have Chrome installed for both webdev and to serve as a wrapper for any PWAs that don't work well in Safari.
