"i.MX8 cannot be deblobbed" (HDMI firmware)

Building 'enforcer' for a keying environment control. Since computer does not have network access and local user has root - this Wio terminal is checked over serial connection for a valid operation time. Wio gets time from GNSS.
RIP to Dropcams, Nest Secure: Google is shutting down servers next year

Sales ended years ago, but they'll turn into bricks when the servers shut down.

@jfirwin I have used buildroot and QT 5.15 to build things out of it. Everything works including LTE etc. Great platform to build things. Ask if you need any help.
@jfirwin Thanks for asking! For me Pinephone is more like 'mobile RaspberryPi' than "Phone". I think it's far from phone functions and should actually not be treated as phone. Everyone pushes 'distro Linux' for it and I believe its not that feasible. Therefore my approach has been embedded Linux firmware rather than full blown distro. I guess it all depends what you target to do with it?

@calebccff Vote for buildroot. Add #SBOM to topics.
OOB-Comm is my project for voice and messaging. It's ephemeral, network agnostic and small scale solution. It's not based on computational cryptography and requires always physical key exchange. Enough 'wrong words' to get you upset?
