A simple, unintentionally vegan cake for my kiddo’s birthday. Not too sweet, with icing more like a chocolate ganache than sickly frosting. She asked for a sparkly rainbow, and I was able to provide.

@erincarly Doris is happy. This was at 5.5hrs after chilling in the fridge for a month. Loaf is currently proofing overnight in the fridge. Pumpkinification is happening in the morning. #sourdough #baking

Question for all: Do you serve bread at your Thanksgiving meal? This is the first year I’ve even considered doing it.
