PS Remember my arcane extension to Victorian Mathematics in 1968 when I was 16?
My brilliant maths showman-teacher Jim "...and now we divide by the square root of x² + y², commonly known as 1..." Swallow of Algebraic Geometry fame unknowingly pointed the way, and I cleaned up messier bits of Late Victorian Algebra to find some more Elegant solutions:
