@drgeo doesn't GNU provide basic infrastructure for its projects, including a build server? You can easily create the .app on a Linux machine.
#SmallTalk always had a good vibe to me but I never got to do much with it. I think last I played with Squeak years ago...
BTW, Apple does not approve of it, but you can probably install macOS in a VirtualBox VM if you try.
@drgeo it's unsafe to install out of band binaries. You could setup a build server for Dr. Geo and point people to specific builds to test. Interesting: so this program is written in #Pharo, a #SmallTalk -like language.
The #Gates #Foundation has been reducing their #US grants from a high of 30% of their budget to 10% in 2017 (the 2018 numbers are not public yet). Even in absolute terms, the US grants total have been decreasing for the past 3 years while the overall budget increased.
