@Tourma yeah i have not heard good things about them, lol
maybe one day i or someone else far more skilled than me can figure out how to implement image descriptions in a way that actually makes sense and reduces duplicative work, and therefore make the world incrementally just a little better
also i spent SO long on that image description, which was worth it, but im still annoyed at how that description has no real metadata retention that i'm going to finally at least do a thing with my ebook library where i can just SAVE the dang text for the cover description for easy use later.
the character on the cover of the final book of the trilogy is such a mood, a gender, a goals
finished foundation and empire. good fuckin book
less a practitioner and more an eternal dabbler and student
@amorphophalex it's always been a problem-- i remember reading about how awful the fashion industry is about this, and how a lot of haute couture culture and brading is to try and mitigate it-- but it definitely feels like its only accelerated to even more untenable levels in the past couple of decades as the internet has become more and more our primary way of interfacing with the world
personally, i think i make a perfectly mediocre psychohistorian
@SnoopJ taking the premise a little too literally
"slow is steady, and steady is fast" but applied to a whole of society
