It sounds like the Irish library system is almost identical to my local state library system (South Australia). A couple of decades ago every South Australian local government had its own library system completely independent of all the others. Then they developed some common sense ( yeah. Incredible i know) and joined them all together. Seamless across the state. Unified computerised catalogue & borrowing system. Brilliant!
One card to rule them all and in the brightness bind them.

It would be great to be able to wander nude legally in places other than designated 'Nudist' ones. I guess the law here in Aust. remains backwardly different to the UK. Still, can't complain. I live 20 minutes from the most fantastic 'clothing optional' beach (#Maslin Beach) and consider myself bloody lucky for that.
