@tvaziri I was getting a set of these every couple of hours on every device for a week after I got my new iPhone. It’s mostly slowed down now, but yikes.

@sharding I also skipped the 16 and had the same problem. I ended up turning off all launching functions for Camera Control. It only does anything if I’m already in Camera.

@lexfri Not exactly every day, but… If I’m ordering wings or literally anything else, it’s fine, yet trying to order a pizza from the Pizza Hut app takes me to a black screen and I have to force quit.

@sharding Gremlins this year. I set up my order ahead of time, got on right at 5 am, store actually appeared around 5:07, completed my order… for a delivery date of September 25. Went back into the order process and it quoted launch day for my config. Decided to let it sit. Got an email the next day saying I would get it launch day. Super weird.

@acp @dmoren The Disney+ workaround to their nonstandard player is to use Siri. If you ask “what did they just say?”—it gives you the 10-second replay with subtitles. Maddeningly, Siri no longer fades out on its own and you have to hit the back button to have unimpeded video. The conspiracy of torture never ends.
