I once mistook a trebuchet for a park bench. It was the long wooden seat that threw me.
@vertigo *sends friendly internet hugs*
@vertigo im no youtuber, but i do watch it a lot. imo i dont think you need to try to get "success" too quick. You just need to keep at it, even if its than 1 video a month, or a few a year.🙂

I'm extremely late, but I finally got a video-only capture of me working on the #Forth screen editor.

SIgh.

Now I have to edit it and record a voice-over. More time spent.

I think the idea of a YouTube channel is basically going to be dead on arrival. Sorry folks, it's just not happening. Despite being completely unemployed, I still have way too many demands on my time.

That said, I will continue to produce content as time permits. I definitely want to do some more things in the Forth space, and I have some wild ideas coming up.

@vertigo it looks like a VB6 UI
Yegods, Microsoft, why have you set Copilot back up on my machine and my task bar? THIS is the sort of BS that makes me want to switch to linux on this machine.
Have we not come full circle with this?
Xbox Kinect --> Copilot -> "Copilot for Gaming"

@vertigo for what its worth: internet-hugs
@ponder awesome! i spent far too long viewing that site

You know why we Germans are so pedantic about data protection? Someone around 90 years ago went through all records available, selected people with certain criteria, with the help of IBM, and then killed them all.

We don't want to be on any list.

And now the US Gov and Musk are trying to get access to all data they have about every person and put them into a big fat DB and run AI over it.

I am afraid what they will do with that.
