@thickurt @PupTrash I once owned a condo where the the water heater was stashed in a corner turn of a cabinet. No way to access it except to pull the oven out, which was gas so you’d have to disconnect the hose and pull it forward 10 feet because galley kitchen.

There was barely any clearances on any side, like they built the cabinet/countertop around it. Also no drain in there, no catch pan either. I was very fortunate it never over pressure discharged.
