Been having a lot of pain in my right adductor and hip flexor lately, so decided to break out my theragun. Might have to make this a more regular thing….
Still trying to figure out how to engage with this platform. Like I recognize how social media is often detrimental to my emotional well-being, either being bombarded by outrages or micro-hits of dopamine that never leave me truly satisfied but keep me scrolling. How do I build an experience that leaves me uplifted rather than drained at the end of it?
Anyway, here’s a thirst trap. Deity knows Mastodon has given me plenty of those and I want to give back.
