"Hello, We're Firefox, The Only Browser That Hasn't Hit Itself In The Dick With A Hammer. For years now, folks use us because of our un-hammered dick. Now, you may be wondering why today we've brought this hammer and pulled out our dick. Well I'm glad you asked--"
@matrix It's so exciting to see people setting up matrix instances for their friends and using the discord like cinny matrix client!

Elk is very cool (elk.zone)
@datarequestsorg Thank you for such an amazing website! I use it all the time to delete my data from stubborn websites. I'm going through my password manager and deleting unused accounts and it has been a massive help.

Here's why I use Bluesky and not Mastodon:
-Bluesky has an algorithm
-Bluesky is more popular
-Bluesky has more people I know on it

Mastodon's better in basically every way (like there are too many nice features of mastodon Bluesky doesn't have to list) but these reasons keep me from switching. I think if they added an algorithm (and made mastodon less technical and hard to understand for normies) it would become popular.

I think the "algorithm" on mastodon is why more popular people don't use it
@geerlingguy Try using Thiojoe's tool, not perfect, but way better than nothing
