Had a surprisingly positive call with a vendor today that did not mention AI and didn’t show me a magic quadrant. I’m worried that their managers will beat them with a length of cat 6 but I’m glad they just talked about what works and why I might not need their fancy upgraded product. Let’s spend a moment recognizing good sales folk that appreciate the customer over whatever BS kpi their company demands. It’s rare. I feel lucky.

Today the clerk at my Staters mentioned he’s nervous about next month. I and dull and slow. It took a while to realize he meant that he’s worried what might happen if benefits for SNAP recipients are delayed. Call your representatives. Let them know it matters.
