Paragon bills itself as an "ethical" spyware maker, but has already publicly pulled its contract with Italy citing abuses of its spyware. Paragon could soon face another dilemma: whether or not it will allow ICE agents to use its spyware.

Since 2017 there have been 26 stalkerware operations that were either hacked, or inadvertently exposed user and victim data (often super sensitive stuff like chat messages and pictures) online.

Spying on your loved ones is creepy and illegal. Using crappy stalkerware apps to do it makes it even worse. Please stop.

@drwhax English is my native language, and the more I learn of other languages*, the fewer polite things I have to say about it.

*Except Dutch, because WTF even is that language. And it broke my German.

@KatS @drwhax I once spent a few weeks learning German[*] in preparation for visiting a friend who was staying there for a year. Got on the Eurostar, trilingual announcement in English, French and surely-this-is-German-but-why-can't-i-understand-a-word-of-it

(Yes, turned out it was Dutch)

[*] I bought a dictionary and a copy of Der Spiegel and attempted to use the one to figure out the other
