It's 2023. If you still can't find anyone besides your white male friends to speak at conferences, time to step aside and get out of the way.

Now imagine my surprise that 2 of those women are FAKE profiles.
They do not exist.

Still think we don't need to actively work for marginalized people to be treated fairly in tech? It's not enough that we are constantly battling institutions and cultures that are implicitly biased against us, some cis dudes are actively coming for our opportunities.
