ETA: the man behind the fake women speakers at a tech conference also runs a fake Instagram/LinkedIn account, Julia Kirsina/CodingUnicorn, masquerading as a woman to over 100k followers and has for years. She has also been used as a fake conference speaker who has had to "back out" of speaking due to "assisting DevTernity" with organizing events.
