Cambly - Head of Business Analytics / Staff Data Scientist

At Cambly, we’re building a data, analytics and insights team that will be instrumental in driving decisions across the company. As we accelerate investments across our two-sided marketplace, we seek to better understand the tradeoffs these investments create for our students, tutors and Cambly. We’re looking for someone who is excited to tackle a wide-range of problem spaces, such as student pricing, tutor payments, lifetime value models, incrementality testing, and core metrics generation. You should be a self-starter who really enjoys tackling unstructured problems with a high level of autonomy. As a leader, you should be excited to collaborate with and educate people across teams with varying levels of technical expertise about analytics and data.
