Hello fellow humans!
I create sewing patterns ad share them for free with the world. You can even adjust your patterns to your own measurements!

@dirchansky Ah yes, gathering at the side is actually pretty neat, this part does not need to be overly fitted.
I am wondering how size adjustable a dress could be while still be more or less fitted. I love the dress I made last year with the shirred panel in the back. Will probably do something similar again.
There are also wrap dresses, but I kinda feel these are limited. I mean excess fabric needs to go somewhere and with larger sizes the coverage will suffer. šŸ¤”
Do you kno any adjustable patterns which would be worth looking at? #sewing
I’m making #sewing patterns for years now, and somehow I’m still amazed when everything actually fits together. šŸ˜‚
@dec_hl weird. In the store in cologne it does tell you the fibre content. Or they changed it, was not there for a while.
I’m not really into celebrities/influencers stuff, but YouTube just served me some post plastic surgery/ozempic material and now I feel sick. What are these women doing to themselves 😳
@feff Great! Let me know if you have any questions and please share your dresses with me šŸ˜€

So, I did some additional options to my bodice and skirt #sewing pattern kit: https://www.dressdeveloper.com/pattern-kits/bodice-and-skirt-dress/

You can now aditionally choose between two princessline bodices and a there are two noew skirt options (gathered and quarter Circle skirt) as well.

This pattern kit is so versatile. I can totally see shift dresses, romantic flowy sun dresses, practical everyday dresses...

Did I mention it's free and you can create the patterns for your very own measurements? šŸ˜†

@dec_hl I'm a very good citizen šŸ˜‰
Yes I like to twirl in these šŸ˜†

Recently we talked about large bust darts. It can be tricky to sew up a large dart without it getting "pointy" in the wrong way.

That's why I love princess lines. Basically the pattern is divided along the dart lines and smoothed out, so you get a much softer look. This can be done in knit fabrics, too!
