Got my PiKVM up and running with some help.

Temps appear to be holding. The drop on the 17th you see in this chart was when I turned the unit on its side and setup a massive fan to blow into the open case. This is the first time its operated with a lid back on it since I put the mellanox connectx-3 in.

EDIT: forgot the the chart LOL

Tada!

Yes, I need to find my black fan screws. I have some around here somewhere. I still need to replicate the latch for the lid and either enclose this fan controller until I build my central fan monitor/controller for my rack.

Bottom of the inside of the noctua fan package, quick template.
Fan and grill are here time to get the Dremel out again. 140mm noctua.
So I cut out my new lid / cover today for my HP t740 thin client(my homebrew pfsense router) so I can have a cover to drill a bunch of holes in and mount a fan on without wrecking the original one. Just got notification that the fan is waiting for me at the Amazon hub so I need to go grab it.
Endured the grocery store this morning so I got myself a little treat. THICC
A bit laggy but proof of concept and I ain't got a heat sink on this thing yet so it's probably thralling a bit. But that's enough for tonight
Progress, live HDMI capture to banana pi M2 displaying using VLC.
