@itsfoss When I was switching to Linux I gave myself the challenge to "do everything I do in Windows but in Linux".

Took a while (this was early-mid 2000s) but I can say that just about everything (or an equivalent) I have achieved (and more) since then.

Like I was programming in ASP and ASP.NET at work, but did PHP on LAMP at home.

My needs, though, changed like my son got me into games that don't run well enough in Linux (on this hardware).

@nixCraft Maybe 2-4 cores and 8-12 GB of RAM. It works adequately.

I don't do a lot of hardcore things with the computer.

@itsfoss I've used KDENlive for multiple video projects (on Windows and Linux).

Half of my games run on Linux but the other half, I have to keep Windows around.

@nixCraft I'm actually in-between.
Was originally hired for more of a custom coding Intranet job but, due to my home experience, was "moved" to the web servers and CMS.

That person has left and the new boss is moving into a more DevOps scenario so I am going to be doing more gluing systems together and scripting.

So not sure where I would fall in the poll.
