I just used fedifinder.glitch.me/ to see who all of my #twitter community have moved over, and it looks like the biggest collection of my tweeps are over on hachyderm.io, so I think I'm going to migrate over there and see what having a smaller "local feed" is like.

@bcantrill Yeah, I wonder. I expect there will be lots of little things, but I would also be surprised if there isn't a days-long outage before the end of the year.
