I teach things, read things, and very occasionally make things. Trying really hard to be a better person, but it's slow going. Leftist enough to know I'm in danger in the Deep South. Partner with @LurkingFarmer (When one of us comes into play, you can usually find the other one).

Is it too much to ask that, when people list books online, they write descriptions that sound like they've actually seen the book on offer? "spine may have creases" "dust jacket may be missing" "may contain stains that do not obscure the text." When considering what is essentially a pig in a poke, THE SUBJUNCTIVE IS NO-ONE'S FRIEND.
@kilnfiendpotter Gold and Treasure tokens are immediately sacrificed and optional costs can't be paid, because who has money? At the beginning of each player's upkeep, a copy of Smallpox gets put on the stack, to simulate the slow erosion of progress.
