Got a new pellet grill. Been making dinner on it all week, and today was steaks. Very good!

Pretty sure I've figured out that it was an overload of the PCIe lanes (maybe 2 HBA cards and a GPU was a bad idea )causing the freezes on my second NAS, because after an extensive 38 hour test, the older drives I have came back clean. Doubling my secondary NAS for free feels good
