@VileLasagna I have seen plenty of clips of fun things he can do now, he has got some nice buffs.
Ive used to grind some really not worth it cross ups with Ky that involved air Stun Edge, Im curious if theyre now actually functional with the better frame data.
@VileLasagna I hope they will make Elphelt fun again so I get my rising jK against that.
The previous patch killed her for me, so its back to honest Ky.
@VileLasagna I've heard that KOF15s matchmaking is broken and doesnt really do anything.
Youve got to ask around on Discord to reliably find matches.

@VileLasagna previous games had similar systems, but they kinda did go unused in favor of player rooms, especially on PC.
There is always something about the lobbies that tends to drive experienced players away, but with Strive the lobby experience is better than the player room one for better or worse, at least if you're playing with random people.
Strive does have a big enough playerbase that I can hit the quick match shortcut and get a match even before the loading screen initiates.
@VileLasagna that used to happen a lot to me in older Arcsys games, people didn't really use the private slots option, but made rooms for 8 persons.
I guess that's a quirk that exists in every community :P
@VileLasagna yeah, it's not Brooks best product.
I've never experienced issues with the bluetooth connection, but pairing it with a PS4 is hit or miss, even wired.
Partly why I eventually replaced it with a UFB, that one has not let me down so far.

Woooow. There’s so few independent sites left, most major sites are now under the same roof.

@ElysianThus I'm not too familiar with how seeding works best, but afaik it's fairly normal to pitch stronger players against weaker ones in the first round.
That kinda prevents one randomly downed player to wreak havoc in losers and make matches uninteresting in the long run.
Also last year there were hundreds, if not thousands, of new players with no easy to find records, making seeding rather difficult for the staff.
Evo Japan has issues, but that ones not that big imo
