Hi. I’m getting so bored with all social media. It’s been the same for years! I’m pretty old so I’ve been using the internet since the days forums and chat rooms were the things we used. By the time Fb got invented I was already a dinosaur. It seemed smaller back in those days. You could get to know quite a small group of people and have meaningful conversations with them. I suppose I keep looking for that. I don’t go out much. What is this app like? Any good for making friends?

I’ve got into doing simplistic digital doodles. It’s doing wonders for my perfectionism. I draw them quickly and don’t fuss about making them “good art”. It’s been a while since I posted anything on here. Not sure how active this app is? I came over here when the bird app was being taken over. But then I started using IG and even FB a bit. Ah they’re as rubbish as they ever were. Would love to find somewhere that has a bit more interaction.

It’s great fun doing paintings for other people, but it sucks to not be able to post them on social media so as not to spoil the surprise… 😊 Here is a tiny sneak peek at a painting I am doing for my son. He is not on here, but I daren’t show the whole thing.

The birdcage was making me feel all stressed and I didn’t really know who my people were any more. FB is alright once a year for first day at school photos but that’s about it.
