@dabeaz I'm told it's not, and you can bring your followers etc. along -- https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/moving/ suggests that's the case.

I'm thinking I should move to a more appropriate mastodon instance, and #fosstodon seems a good choice, since I seem to mostly follow, boost, and talk about tech issues.

@dabeaz they are such different languages I didn't even try to follow the Java. At best you'd end up with very un-idiomatic Rust

I used nom for the scanner but it's really not necessary here (and is hard to read!)
