X-post from my archive to test out if Kbin can handle these large images.
This is an aggressively compressed JPG to bring this 8800x8800 image down to <5MB, when zoomed to 100% DCT artifacts are visible but details are mostly preserved. I had trouble uploading images over 10MB in the past.
Haven't played RW since v1.2 and I happened to stumble across this screenshot in my files today. Thought it was worth sharing! I had around 25 pawns and this spanned over a decade of in-game time....
Here's my old v1.2 base before liftoff. Sea ice megabase with ~25 pawns.
