I've been overwhelmed at work the last month and this month is going to be even worse. This about sums up how I feel.

This morning when I went to work out they had this new fancy water bottle refilling station that according to the advertisement filters and treats your tap water in all kinds of exciting ways. (I'm still not sure what the last step of coconut carbon is doing..)

I thought I would give it a go, put my water bottle down and went to press the dispense button when the LED message excitedly told me

"From the Landfill!!"

Wait what...I wasn't so excited anymore.

Turns out it was telling me how many bottles it saved from the Landfill but it doesn't all fit in the same screen.

First day of early voting in Texas. The line was out the door and around the building which I've never seen before.

Get out and vote!

Newspaper headline writer was on fire today.

I've had a strange problem with my computer at work. Occasionally the monitors will just power off and the computer appears to also power off but everything comes back normally pretty quickly.

I had assumed it was related to the docking station since it has issues but today it happened two times in quick succession after I moved in my desk chair.

Went under the desk and found the problem. There are two power strips mounted to the underside of the desk and when I move in just the right way my knee hits the power button so there is a momentary loss of power. As soon as I move it all comes back.
