This figure includes extra earnings, such as overtime & unsocial hours pay. Basic pay for a newly qualified nurse this year would be about £27,000
The Government now says workers should accept real terms pay cuts to send a message to Putin!

Memories from 3 years ago. Who would have thought that NHS nursing staff in Northern Ireland would be back in exactly the same position again with pay disparity? Shame on the Government (or rather lack of) 😡
