What a rollercoaster... from start to end.
I want even say what it's about, don't look it up. Just watch it.

My brother used to say our lives are all just stories.
But he said a lot of stupid shit because he was an abusive prick.
He also felt like he was the master storyteller, or at least story-knower, and wow, he got violent when people wouldn't do what he wanted / expected.
That people had interiority and agency and a subjective experience separate from what he projected on them rarely seemed to occur to him.
But of course, he expected everyone to embrace his story about himself.
I think the best way to phrase this question is:
What does being a good person mean to you?
What are you doing that is not good? How can you change that?
Can that be turned into attainable goals?
Are you willing to forgive yourself for your transgressions and faults much as you'd forgive others for their transgressions and faults?
