It leads to my favorite "Us Vs Them" counterproductive dichotomy when someone denies the message.

💭 Never leave a meeting without a personal action point, regardless of your role and title.

If you *really* got none then you shouldn't have been there in the first place.

💭 Just realized that I've been actually asking to "CC" me in calendar events recently. My reply to such events is usually "Maybe" because all I want is to track something like mid-grade interviews I've just delegated, without attending it in 90% of the cases.

This particular pattern is a new thing to me despite being quite a heavy calendar user for many years (like all my work related todos and even reminders are real calendar events).
