@notfunnyelle @yangmeister Yes, agreed - I totally understand why there is no quote-share here on Mastodon. Speaking just for myself, however, I always love hearing WHY people are boosting a post (esp if it's NOT obvious at first glance). I'm not expecting everyone to feel the same way I do -- I'm a big believer in the fact that THERE IS NO ONE RIGHT WAY TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA. I'm not about to tell someone else what SHOULD work for them. :-)
