Absolutely ridiculous. The clump of brain cells behind Brands Town, Spectra Video, We Distribute, and VidCommons. Former CM @ Diaspora. I love Ween, adventure games, and the Fediverse.

After tinkering for a few hours, I have to say: #Anytype is kind of incredible. I'm not sure they're ready to be a team collaboration tool quite yet, but it's a phenomenal alternative to Notion, and it's open source.
I'm most proud of this one in particular, which is my latest creation. There's an energy to it that feels hopeful, cosmic, almost like an old propaganda poster.
UPDATE: Took him to the vet, docs think that the most likely thing happening is that a nerve in his face is getting pinched by something. He's going for a full examination at the end of the week.

He's 8 years old, and this kind of thing is to be expected. Eating is now more of a challenge for him, and I have to give him eyedrops because blinking is harder.

These kinds of things can go away on their own, or at least be lessened with treatment. But, seeing my boy this way has me all kinds of fucked up.
I think this article thumbnail might be my finest work yet. 😉 #Pixelfed
Good morning, from the bagels! 🥰
So, some good news: @wedistribute articles now have these nifty little buttons on them, with project logos. If you click them, they'll take you to all the articles we have about that platform. Some aesthetic stuff needs to be applied to make it look better, but I'm really happy with the result.

Less good news: I didn't know that SVG icon-fonts could be split up into multiple parts and reassembled using CSS. As a downside of this, I have a bunch of logos to fix for
Decentralized Social Icons. Oops! 😅

An attempt to put all of the Fediverse project logos into one icon font.

The situation for #WordPress plugins is extremely dire. I'm trying to build a neat little slider to clean up the site a bit, and the editor for it is vague and convoluted with little to no documentation.

Unfortunately, every search online is polluted with videos and articles singing the praises of how it's the best slider plugin ever. The tool layout is unintuitive, it's not clear how to get data out WordPress and render them inside this template, and even the concept of slides is somehow made overly complicated.

It's so broken and jank that the preview doesn't even load when I hit the preview button. It's one of the top-rated paid plugins. Thankfully, I bought it years ago and still had the license sitting around, but it's so frustrating to use.
I will readily admit, though, I'm super happy with how crazy some of my digital images look. I've really started branching out into a way weirder style. Basically all of the new thumbnails are abstract and colorful.
Receipts.
Still trying to figure out how to get WordPress to show this correctly, but behold!
