@50years_music It did, however, become the theme song for the 1960s American game show “The Match Game”

@guardianrock LOTS of new traffic today, understandably. Took my home feed a couple of minutes (literally 120 seconds +) to load earlier. It seems to be getting better for me, but still not fast
Thinking of that scene in Airplane! where Julie Hagerty gets on the PA and says everything is fine and “oh, by the way, does anyone know how to fly a plane?”

@drskyskull Have you tried an e-pad? As a Program manager, I live from my notes. Typing them doesn’t sink in, let alone sketches.

I tried handwriting apps on iPad and the tactile was all wrong for me.

Took a chance on Remarkable2 and haven’t looked back. It feels like a pen on a spiral notebook. I can pull up PDF copies on my laptop.

I’ve got about a thousand pages in mine after 2 years. Only one physical book to remember!

I have no idea where you are, but consider joining a credit union if you can, they may be able to automate those check payments for you.

Many folks don’t realize that most credit unions are in a national co-op, so if you’re away from your CU’s 3 or 4 branches, you can use another CU’s ATMs for free.
