A bit late but I finally watched Band of Brothers and what a disappointment it turned out to be: all the characters were white and it took until the penultimate episode for someone to start playing a musical instrument.

Sinéad O'Connor's version of Nothing Compares 2 U was playing on the radio and it occurred to me that she, Prince and Chris Cornell probably all shared the same doctor, whose advice of "try to have fun, no matter what you do" at least suggests they aren't a real doctor and at worst may have contributed to the untimely deaths of two out of the three.
