Swedish climate activist #GretaThunberg is the world’s second most dangerous antisemite, several spots ahead of #WhiteNationalist #NickFuentes, according to a new report from the #Israeli government.

As evidence of Thunberg’s antisemitism, the Israeli government pointed to her use of “terms such as ‘genocide,’ ‘siege’ and ‘mass starvation’ in reference to Israeli actions in Gaza.”

Many of these views are well within the American mainstream. A Quinnipac poll from August found that half of American voters believe that Israel is committing a genocide.

The fact that the Israeli government ranks Greta Thunberg as second on a list of the most influental antisemites is understandable, because the Swedish acitivist is very efficient in demanding to take a stance for Palestine. The accusation is obviously void, it's just her showing solidarity with Gaza and naming a genocide a genocide.

What is interesting though is that the far-right government of Israel accuses rightwing influencers like Nick Fuentes, Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens of the same hate crime
thus moving Greta intentfully into an ideological corner that gives a totally wrong impression of her political convictions and makes her even more vulnerable as she already is.

Giving out a list of the most vicious enemies of the state Israel by itself is a move worthy of any authoritarian regime. Mingling together totally different actors to fight the hate crime of antisemitism isn't helping any Jewish people who are confronted with racism directed against their religious heritage and national identity.
