There are incredible monuments to be found on the cementerio de la recoleta in #buenosaires - some of these last resting places are as big as houses and cost just as much. But time goes buy, people pass on, and one day, there is nobody left to look after these houses of the dead - then nature will take over.

Nature returning and the simplicity of this cross takes this symbol of christianity back to its very beginnings. It beautiful and hopeful in its simplicity, humility and very much in tune with the original idea of the religion. (But I’m just a heathen pagan, what do I know.) #argentinia
