@foon Thanks for the tip. Those foods certainly do make life simpler, especially when your disabled. I'd sort of got the impression from rading vegan blogs/sites that you should avoid processed vegan foods. So it's nice to see that there are others out there who don't think this 🙂

Since slowly transitioning to a #vegan diet has never worked for me, I've decided to just say 'sod it' to the world and go for the cold turkey ( or should that be tofurky?) approach instead. I'm fed up with feeling hypocritical for getting pissed off at all the animal abuse out there while still tucking in to burgers and drumsticks.
