@msw I wish I could get 10 minutes of Andy's time to convince him to narrow the layoff window as much as possible. Having layoffs hang over your head for months *destroys* productivity and morale. On the plus side, I'm glad that Amazon is being compassionate here and is offering support for the affected employees.
