Wild that America has a president who regularly goes “I’ll start World War 3” to tank the stock market and then at the last minute says “j/k I’m not invading Greenland/Iran/Canada/etc” then the market jumps back up with mysterious people making a killing after he backs down.

Officials say a large explosion at an oil refinery near the Texas coast has shot plumes of smoke into the air and forced nearby residents to shelter in place. Mayor Charlotte M. Moses says no one was injured in the explosion at the Valero refinery in Port Arthur. The explosion comes amid a spike in gas prices driven by uncertainty over the global oil supply because of the Iran war. Valero's website says the refinery has about 770 employees and can process about 435,000 barrels of oil per day. The plant refines heavy sour crude oil into gasoline, diesel and jet fuel.

You need to internalize the idea that hypocrisy is not a meaningful accusation to the right. Of course they're hypocrites. That you are bound - by rules, standards, logic, human decency, some fundamental moral consistency, anything at all - and they are not? That is their conception of what power is, and why they seek it. So they can exercise power, without constraint, and you cannot.
That is the point.
Hypocrisy is the virtue-signaling of fascism.
