The US stock markets have automatic trading "Circuit Breakers" where trading will pause for limited time periods if the market total valuation drops. 7,13, and 20% drops will trigger L1, L2, and L3 respectively.
L1&L2 trigger a 15 minute pause. L3 pauses for the remainder of the day.
Paul is wondering/anticipating the markets reacting so negatively that we will loose 20% valuation in a single day, triggering the L3.

Leider muss ich mir einen neuen Job suchen. Ich bin #iOS und #macOS #Software-#Entwickler, kenne #UIKit, #AppKit, #ObjectiveC, #Swift und #SwiftUI, hab Erfahrung mit dem #Parse-Framework sowie #Realm / #MongoDB und der ganzen Toolchain drumherum. Ich arbeite seit ca. 30 Jahren in der Software-Entwicklung und suche eine Remote-Anstellung (vorzugsw. in einem Startup).
