Jason 🍸🫧@bagder I didn’t think about this much back then, but ever since I switched to Linux, I’ve been thinking about this more and more. Hope this won’t become an issue for open source, given how pretty much everything depends on it.
Unrelated a little, but it reminded me how a few years ago the IRS had to call up retirement homes to get COBOL programmers to fix some issues that nobody else could.
@WinNT4 I believe this is one of those dormant lingering problems we have not really faced much yet but it risks become real going forward as the average age of contributors to these projects grow almost as fast as time...
