Usually I love sharing powerful before-and-after images of transformed streets & public places in cities, to illustrate the power of vision and action, and to challenge the culture of excuse.
But this is a different kind of transformation.

I’m struggling to know in what moral universe gas companies that are reaping obscene margins from a war using this nation’s common wealth have a case to gouge the Australian people for the privilege and then to fleece them all over again by not paying taxes on their profits.
This City of Sydney bus stop is on City Road adjacent to Victoria Park. Why must it block the footpath. Was it so impossible to set it back a couple of meters into the park?
