Il 2 aprile 2026, Francesca Albanese, relatrice speciale delle Nazioni Unite, ha ricevuto un dottorato honoris causa congiunto da tre importanti università belghe: UAntwerpen, UGent e VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
