Painter of miniatures, gamer of many flavours, software engineer by day.
This weekend just gone, I gathered some friends and we started a Salvation campaign. Since I only had one Salvation terrain set our three simultaneous games were played on Bheta-Decima, Into The Dark, and Chalnath.

These photos are from Round 1: Pathfinders vs Hierotek Circle.

The little ones from the Gellerpox Infected set that I started sharing in my previous post.

Most of these models are taken as equipment rather that operatives. It’s a really interesting twist on the normal rules for Kill Team.
I painted the #Warhammer40K Kill Team Gellerpox Infected last year, but I’ve only just gotten around to taking some decent photos of them.

This is a great set of Nurgle warriors. They’re very characterful and fun to paint. It’s a shame they’ve been relegated to legends status in 10th edition.

The rest of the team will appear in my next post…
This is Strike Force Justian for #Warhammer40k #KillTeam painted in my homebrew colour scheme: The Burnished Fists are an Imperial Fist successor chapter.

This brings me to 22 finished models this year (not quite one a day!) and 11 models bought so I'm ahead on points so far.

With Kill Team Salvation encouraging me to acquire a bunch of Aspect Warriors I retrieved my Farseer and Warlocks from my pile of shame where they have been resting since the mid-90s and bought a new box of Guardians to go with them.

This is a bit experimental as I’ve tried out new (to me) airbrush techniques (using a mix of inks and contrast paint for blending).

I’m not 100% happy, but they are good enough.

Vallejo Intermediate Green and some summer flock provides an old school base.
It’s been ages since I sat down and took some nice photos of the #miniatures I’ve been painting for #wargaming so I thought I’d share my current (almost finished) work in progress. The brave lads of the 95th Rifles have music from #Sharpe living rent free inside my head and will suffer for it when they face strange enemies in The Silvery Bayonet published by Osprey.
I’m currently working on a #Necron #KillTeam and am attempting wet blending for the second time. Doing it with Army Painter Speed Paint makes it very quick and easy to create a nice blend on the weapon blade. I’m really happy with the result.
More Heart of Ghur terrain from the batch that I painted up last year for #warhammer #ageofsigmar #warcry — this lot is all the scatter terrain.
