ComeThinkAgain addresses the critical need to equip educators with the skills they need to prepare European professionals to succeed in the current work landscape and have a great chance at progression in employment.
This co-funded by the European Union project seeks to develop and implement a standardized training system (ComeThinkAgain CETS) for educators across Europe and train educators to teach essential competencies like #ComputationalThinking#Green Skills #Entrepreneurship

AI and demographic ageing are simultaneously accelerating Europe's skills gap πŸ“£ .

The risk is clear: existing shortages will get worse before they get better, unless we act.

➑️ At ComeThinkAgain, we're not waiting. We're building a micro-certification system for teachers and VET trainers that equips them to pass on exactly the competencies the future demands πŸ’‘

Because the most scalable response to a skills crisis is always the same: invest in the people who teach.

These were the words of one educator after completing our ComeThinkAgain pilot focus groups.

It's also a reminder of why this work matters. Teachers across Europe are expected to prepare learners for a digital, green, entrepreneurial future, often without ever having been prepared for it themselves.

As part of our piloting efforts, we're testing early micro-modules with real teachers and VET trainers

The future of European education is being built right now. πŸš€

"The exchange with other teachers was one of the best parts." 🀝

As part of our piloting efforts, we're designing ComeThinkAgain micro-modules to change that. Not just delivering content, but creating space for educators to connect, challenge each other, and grow together.

Because when teachers learn in community, that energy doesn't stay in the room. It travels back into every classroom they walk into.

The future of European education is being built right now. Be part of it. πŸš€

πŸ‡©πŸ‡° The ComeThinkAgain consortium just met in Viborg, Denmark β€” and a lot got decided.
Over two days at Mercantec, partners from across Europe reviewed pilot results, locked in the certification model, and mapped out the path to our final conference in Austria.
The work is real. The momentum is building. And the question driving all of it stays the same: what skills do young people truly need to shape the future?

Reacting to change is no longer enough.

Insights from the World Economic Forum point to a structural shift in the labour market: AI, demographic change, and skills evolution are converging faster than education systems can adapt.

The result?
πŸ”Ή Skills shortages aren’t temporary
πŸ”Ή Human and technical skills are merging
πŸ”Ή Lifelong learning is now essential infrastructure
