This morning's coffee is Immaculata de Fatima from 94 Celcius in Quebec. It's a roastier flavour, a little bitterness but not unpleasant. The after taste is a bit burnt.
Not my favourite but my tastes tent to skew fruitiness and acidity.
Meal prep for work. Lunch is tofu and eggplant in a spicy peanut sauce. I served it on a warm Asian inspired slaw. Bananas, grapes, watermelon and veggies and hummus for snacks.
Dinner is a mushroom and spinach tortellini bake. #mealprepfurs 🐆🍽️🚑
This morning's coffee from my Roasters Pack is El Naranjo by Café Pista in Montréal. It was a bit of a lighter roast than they typically send.
It was a pleasant bright flavour. I definitely caught that fruity sweetness and that orange peel tartness. Delicious! #CoffeeFurs 🐆☕
