🔜 Fur Eh!This morning's coffee is Immaculata de Fatima from 94 Celcius in Quebec. It's a roastier flavour, a little bitterness but not unpleasant. The after taste is a bit burnt.
Not my favourite but my tastes tent to skew fruitiness and acidity.
This morning's coffee is Almaz from Kohi Coffee Roasters in Quebec. The coffee is naturally sweet. I tastes a little pleasent bitterness and the finish does remind me of a delicate white cake. Delicious coffee. #coffeefurs ☕🐆
This morning's coffee from my Roasters Pack is El Naranjo by Café Pista in Montréal. It was a bit of a lighter roast than they typically send.
It was a pleasant bright flavour. I definitely caught that fruity sweetness and that orange peel tartness. Delicious! #CoffeeFurs 🐆☕
This morning's coffee is Radiant from Detour Coffee in Hamilton. I get the fruity brightness that must be how it got its name. And a little bit of that nut butter mouthfeel. Pretty tasty! ☕🐆 #CoffeeFurs
This morning's coffee is Peru from Agro Roasters in Vancouver. The coffee is a bolder roast. It has a pleasant acidity with a little chocolate tannin bitterness #CoffeeFurs
This morning's coffee is "Discovery Street Blend" by Discovery Coffee in Victoria, BC. I find that it has a gentle nutty flavour with the slightest hint of a fruity acidity, the kind that makes your mouth water a little. That's a quality I LOVE in coffee. Delicious! #CoffeeFurs ☕🐆

The coffee has a natural fruit sweetness and the smooth mouthfeel of milk chocolate. There is a little nuttiness to the aftertaste that is very pleasant. #Coffeefurs
This morning's coffee is from a local roaster, Ritual. It's called Finca Paraiso. The beans originate from Jinotega Nicaragua. It's really tasty coffee! #CoffeeFurs
